Morgan E. Lyndall is a Georgia personal injury lawyer and one of the three attorneys at Flanagan Law, P.C., the metro Atlanta firm founded by Brendan C. Flanagan. The firm's team page gives her title as attorney, and her biography says she now represents injured people across Georgia after years of work for insurers at an Atlanta defense firm.[1][2]

Super Lawyers records that she graduated from Mercer University's law school in 2018, the same year she was admitted to practice, and that it has selected her to its Rising Stars list for each year from 2021 through 2027.[3]

Results described on this page are summarized from the cited sources. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome, and every matter depends on its own facts and law.

Career

Lyndall began her career on the defense side at an Atlanta law firm. According to Flanagan Law, her work there was insurance coverage and liability defense for insurance companies and the people they insure. Her biography says she later decided she would rather represent individuals than large companies, moved to the plaintiffs' side, and continued her training under experienced Georgia plaintiffs' lawyers. The firm does not say when she joined it.[2][1]

The firm states that she has handled cases from intake through jury verdict and that she works with Brendan Flanagan. Its car accident page names her and Collin Summerlin as the two attorneys who came from insurance defense, and it says Flanagan leads each case while Lyndall and the firm's staff support him.[2][4]

Cases

TopVerdict.com's 2025 list of motor vehicle verdicts names Lyndall and Brendan Flanagan of Flanagan Law, together with lawyers from three other firms, as the attorneys in Nguyen v. TIAG, a Fulton County wrongful death trucking case. That verdict is not final. Two related appeals were docketed in the Court of Appeals of Georgia on September 3, 2026, and both were still pending when the dockets were checked on October 16, 2026.[5][6][7]

Two of the firm's 2026 press releases name Lyndall and Flanagan as the lawyers on the matters they announce. The September 29 release describes a truck accident claim in which, the firm says, the carrier's insurer paid the full settlement demand. The October 6 release describes a car accident case that the firm says settled for $2.5 million after years of litigation, and it reports the client's description of video calls with Lyndall while the case was pending.[8][9]

Education

Lyndall earned a B.A. in politics and religious studies at Ursinus College and her J.D. at Mercer University School of Law, which Super Lawyers names as the Walter F. George School of Law. Her firm biography says she was Georgia Survey Editor for volume 69 of the Mercer Law Review, served as secretary of the Student Bar Association, and belonged to the William A. Bootle Inn of Court.[2][3]

Bar service and professional activity

According to her biography as checked in October 2026, Lyndall had served for the previous two years as a director of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. Before that she co-chaired the division's Georgia Legal Food Frenzy committee for three years. The Food Frenzy is a fundraising competition among Georgia lawyers for local food banks, and the biography credits it with raising more than $3 million for them while she was among its leaders.[2]

The biography also describes her as an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and an editor of the association's Verdict magazine. In law school, it says, she was Mercer's student representative to the Food Frenzy and led the school to three wins in a row.[2]

Recognition

Her Super Lawyers profile lists her practice as general personal injury for plaintiffs and her Rising Stars selections as running from 2021 through 2027. How Super Lawyers compiles the list, and the selections of Brendan Flanagan, are described in the recognition entry.[3]

Official biography and personal background

The firm publishes her biography on its website. It adds that she is a baseball fan who follows the Atlanta Braves, plays golf, and has a rescue cat and a rescue dog.[2]
