Flanagan Law, P.C. handles personal injury and wrongful death cases for injured people and their families. The menu on its website lists eleven practice areas under three headings: vehicle collisions; serious and fatal injuries; and property and animal injuries. The firm's separate practice areas index shows nine of them and leaves out amputation and electrocution cases, which have their own pages.[1][2][3][4]

This entry summarizes each practice area as the firm's own page describes it and links to that page. How the firm says it handles these cases is its own account, and the entry does not set out the law that applies to each kind of claim.[2]

Overview

The table lists the eleven areas in the order and the groups the firm uses on its website.[1]

Vehicle collisions

Five of the practice areas concern crashes on the road. The firm's home page calls 18-wheeler and commercial truck cases the trials its founder is built for, and its brand profile calls truck and 18-wheeler litigation the firm's signature work.[1][5]

  • Car accidents. The home page names rear-end, T-bone and head-on collisions, and the car accident page says Brendan Flanagan leads each case, supported by Morgan Lyndall and the firm's staff.[1][10]
  • Truck accidents. The practice areas index describes commercial vehicle cases as involving 18-wheelers and company vans and trucks, and says the firm draws on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, which govern most commercial vehicles. The first entry on the firm's results page, Nguyen v. TIAG, is a trucking case with appeals pending as of October 16, 2026.[2][11][12][13]
  • Motorcycle accidents. The motorcycle page addresses the assumption, which the firm says adjusters and some jurors hold, that the rider caused the crash, and says the firm prepares those cases for trial.[6]
  • Rideshare accidents. The rideshare page covers Uber and Lyft crashes.[7]
  • Bus accidents. The firm handles claims involving commercial, school or transit buses. Its bus page says fault can be harder to assign because a bus company, its managers and owners, a government agency, a parts maker or a mechanic may each be involved.[5][14]

Serious and fatal injuries

Four practice areas are named for the harm suffered rather than for the way it happened.[1]

  • Catastrophic injuries. The firm's page defines a catastrophic injury by permanence, as one that permanently changes what a person can do, such as a spinal cord injury, rather than one that is only very painful. The brand profile names brain and spinal injuries as examples.[8][5]
  • Amputation injuries. The amputation page distinguishes traumatic amputation, the loss of a body part in an accident, from surgical amputation performed when an injury is too severe to treat in other ways.[3]
  • Electrocution accidents. The electrocution page lists four categories of electrical injury: cardiac, soft tissue, burns and falls. It names faulty wiring, loose sockets, downed power lines and electrical weapons such as tasers as causes.[4]
  • Wrongful death. The wrongful death page is addressed to families and cites the Fulton County verdict in Nguyen v. TIAG, which is on appeal.[15][12][13]

Property and animal injuries

The last two areas involve injuries caused by the condition of a property or by an animal.[1]

  • Premises liability. The premises page covers injuries on property that someone else owns or controls, including falls and negligent security cases. The firm's practice areas index files this area under the heading unsafe property.[9][2]
  • Dog bites. The dog bite page concerns attacks by dogs and other animals. The firm says liability in these cases is not always clear and that they call for investigating earlier bites, the owner's liability and leash laws.[16][2]

Common themes in the firm's descriptions

Several of the practice pages repeat the same points about the firm: that it prepares each case for a jury, that two of its attorneys previously worked in insurance defense, and that other lawyers refer it cases likely to need a trial.[6][9][10]

The firm states that it takes these cases on a contingency fee and that the first consultation is free. The results it reports are collected in the entry on published case results.[2][1]
